Recognize your divinity, identify your unique talents, focus on serving others, and abundance will result. Managers and leaders must help people get into the right roles and create opportunities for people to do more of what they do best. We are responsible for helping people turn talent into performance. Helping people do this in their personal and professional lives is one of the greatest services we can provide for others.
