Measuring ToolTools are an essential part of growing, as they allow us to gauge our progress, and measure our successes.  This is why we created the Leadership Analysis survey to use as a measurement tool for development.  How does it work?

 

 - A manager is assigned a unique survey ID


 - This ID is then given to his or her associates (as well as to their superiors if they wish for this to be a 360 survey) to log in and anonymously rate the aforementioned manager in 24 different competencies needed for a person to be viewed as someone people will listen to and willingly follow.  The anonymity feature ensures that the manager will receive honest feedback.


 - The manager can then use a password to log in and see the anonymous results in analytic format.
