Courtney Schwarten, MBA

Courtney Schwarten develops and delivers extraordinary adult learning and transformational experiences to individuals and groups from corporate, non-profit and government sectors. In addition to her formal education and training, she brings lessons learned from her successes and challenges as a manager and leader within organizations. Courtney blends experiential learning and nonverbal communication techniques to create exceptional professional development opportunities for leaders that enhance relationships, improve communication, maximize productivity and build trust.

Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, is a certified Five Rings Coach and Mentor (linking the Verbal to the Nonverbal), and is a graduate of Newfield Network’s accredited Coaching for Organizational Learning program. She is a member of American Society for Training and Development, Organization Development Network, and is a former facilitator of corporate programs at George Mason University’s Center for Professional Development.
