During his ten years with Wal-Mart, he was recognized with one of Wal-Mart's highest honors - the Sam M. Walton Hero Award - for creating and delivering a leadership/management program that he facilitated in twenty six cities across the country.
John is a Certified Seminar Leader with the American Seminar Leaders Association and a Vice President with the Fort Worth chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. John is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. Ron entered the world of Accounting after a 21 year career in the US Army. He began as a not-for-profit enterprise Business Manager, moved into financial services, and was a manufacturing Division Controller for ten years. He spent five years with a distribution company as Corporate Controller, then found his true passion in helping companies hone their competitive advantage, where he is currently practicing.
