Based in Scotland, Margaret is a freelance organizational development consultant, specialising in Leadership, Performance Management, Service Excellence and Employee Motivation. She has worked in every continent of the world with major organizations, from executive management to all levels of field and office staff in the following industry sectors; Oil and Gas, Motor Trade, Financial, Construction, Legal and Local Authority.
During her active membership of the international leadership development organization, Junior Chamber International (JCI), Margaret led a team responsible for compiling an extensive and varied national training programme which went on to win the award for Best Training Project in Europe at the JCI European conference in Monte Carlo. At the same conference she represented Scotland in the European debating competition winning against England in the final before an audience of several hundred.
In 1999 she was one of four finalists in the prestigious ‘Scottish Businesswoman of the Year’ awards.
Margaret is a current member of Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce, life member of Junior Chamber International and enthusiastic member of the Aberdeen University Concert Band in which she plays clarinet.
